We’re supporting a leading marine organisation in their search for an experienced Group Health & Safety Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business operating across multiple marina and boatyard sites, where you’ll play a key role in strengthening their safety culture and supporting teams across the group.

Working closely with the Head of Health, Safety & Environment, you’ll provide competent, practical advice and ensure a consistent approach to health, safety and environmental compliance throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a proactive health, safety, and environmental culture across all marinas and boatyards.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Support investigation of incidents, identify root causes, and recommend practical follow‑up actions.
  • Monitor trends and emerging risks, providing actionable insights to improve safety performance.
  • Strengthen contractor management and ensure safe working practices across all third‑party operations.
  • Deliver clear, practical, and pragmatic health and safety guidance to operational teams.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of EHS strategies and environmental initiatives.
  • Collaborate with site teams to embed consistent, safe working practices across the organisation.
