Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Group Finance Manager to manage financial reporting and compliance tasks across the group. The successful candidate will support budgets and forecasts, partner with outsourced finance teams, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Experience in finance management, and a background in consumer-facing industries, particularly ecommerce is essential. This role offers a hybrid working model with travel between offices in Marlow and London.

Qualifications

• Newly Qualified / 1 to 2 Years PQE.
• Must have experience in a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, Finance Business Partner role, or similar.
• Experience within a consumer-facing industry, ideally in ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of consolidated monthly management accounts and board packs.
• Partner with outsourced accountants for accuracy in ledgers and payroll.
• Assist with statutory accounts preparation and external auditors coordination.
