About the Business

This is an opportunity to become a Group Finance Manager for a growing, tech business based in Studley, operating across multiple group entities in the UK and internationally. Main Duties
  • Lead, develop, and support a small finance team to ensure individual and collective objectives are met.
  • Oversee finance operations across multiple group entities in the UK, US, and offshore.
  • Take a hands‑on approach to day-to-day transactional finance activities across the group.
  • Own the month‑end close process and prepare multiple sets of management accounts end to end for senior review.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline month‑end processes and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Review existing finance operations and implement process improvements where appropriate.
  • Prepare monthly VAT returns for the group.
  • Support the preparation of annual statutory accounts across multiple entities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and manage the majority of audit fieldwork.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date accounting systems to support timely reporting.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
