About the Business
This is an opportunity to become a Group Finance Manager for a growing, tech business based in Studley, operating across multiple group entities in the UK and internationally. Main Duties
- Lead, develop, and support a small finance team to ensure individual and collective objectives are met.
- Oversee finance operations across multiple group entities in the UK, US, and offshore.
- Take a hands‑on approach to day-to-day transactional finance activities across the group.
- Own the month‑end close process and prepare multiple sets of management accounts end to end for senior review.
- Identify opportunities to streamline month‑end processes and improve reporting efficiency.
- Review existing finance operations and implement process improvements where appropriate.
- Prepare monthly VAT returns for the group.
- Support the preparation of annual statutory accounts across multiple entities.
- Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and manage the majority of audit fieldwork.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date accounting systems to support timely reporting.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

What We Are Looking For
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite is desirable but not essential.
- Advanced Excel skills with confidence handling large and complex data sets.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and best practice.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
