Description

DAZN Creative is DAZN’s in-house creative agency. We are looking for a multi-disciplined and talented Group Creative Director to define and elevate the brand’s creative vision across EMEA. This role leads regional creative strategy, ensures global brand consistency while enabling local relevance, and partners closely with Marketing, Product, Programming Editorial and Regional Leadership to deliver best-in-class creative across all channels.

You will balance high-level creative direction with operational understanding; line manage and mentor a team of regional creative directors to deliver impactful, scalable, and culturally relevant work across diverse markets.

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with department leadership in APAC and London, own and champion the creative vision for EMEA
  • Ensure creative excellence across campaigns, content, digital, social, events, and product marketing
  • Act as the senior creative authority for EMEA, setting quality standards and best practices
  • Provide strong creative direction and feedback at concept, execution, and final delivery stages
  • Partner globally with department leadership, Brand, programming and Marketing teams to localise global campaigns for EMEA markets
  • Collaborate with regional marketing leaders to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions
  • Balance global consistency with local cultural nuance and market needs
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-market creative team across EMEA
  • Build strong creative leadership at the country and regional level
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, innovation, and accountability
  • Support talent development, performance management, and succession planning
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of creative experience, with at least 4–5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven experience leading creative teams across multiple countries or regions
  • Experience working in EMEA markets
  • Strong sports-based portfolio demonstrating brand-led, integrated campaigns across channels
  • Experience working with global brand systems and local market adaptations
  • Excellent understanding of digital, social, content, and integrated marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • A huge sports fan, with a genuine interest in a wide range of sporting rights and personalities
