Operational scope
  • Balances diverse operational environments across two distinct locations
  • Allocate time efficiently across sites
Leadership & People Management
  • Oversee multiple management teams; location managers, head chefs, supervisors
  • Adopt a coaching and developing culture across the estate
  • Plan resources across two locations, succession planning and leadership development
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships
  • Acting as a strategic planner supporting Operations Manager
  • Align service delivery across locations to the client's group level expectations
Financial Accountability
  • Responsible for multiple P&Ls and overall contract financial obligations
  • Provides consolidated forecasts, budgeting, and future fiscal planning
Strategy and Development
  • Drives innovation and efficiencies across locations
  • Converts strategy into multi‑site operational plans
  • Benchmark performances between locations to drive continuous improvement

  • Previous experience commensurate with role
