An innovative education organization in Banbury is seeking a Group Administrator to provide efficient administrative support to internal clients. This part-time position involves general administrative tasks, data input, and liaising with customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be highly organized. Job role: Group Administrator
You will responsible for providing efficient administrative support to internal clients within the Activate Learning Group and contributing towards an excellent customer service. This will include general administrative tasks, data input into systems, sending communications and liaising with internal and external customers.
This is a permanent, part-time position (FTE 0.59), working 22 hours per week, based on-site at our Banbury College. The working days will be Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, literate, and have excellent attention to detail. You will be competent in the use of IT to support the business processes - for example, MS Office, especially Word, Google docs and MS 365 is essential.
