• Minimum 2 years of experience in Grounds Maintenance.
• At least 1 year of experience in a team leader position.
• Valid PA1 and PA6 certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team completes all work to high standards within given timescales.
• Maintain machinery and ensure proper functioning.
• Understand specific site/client needs and communicate with the team.
• Proactively plan for upcoming works and their requirements.
• Follow company policies and safety standards.
