Qualifications

• Proven experience supervisory experience in Grounds Maintenance and meeting with customers & clients.
• Sound knowledge of use and maintenance of ground care equipment.
• Valid full driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all designated areas meet high contract standards through effective horticultural practices.
• Join and lead a team of up to 5 or more Operatives.
• Undertake grass cutting, strimming, and hedge cutting.

Skills

Supervisory experience in Grounds Maintenance

Knowledge of ground care equipment

Tractor driving experience

Snow and ice clearance experience

Full driving license

PA1, PA2 & PA6 spraying certificate

DBS certificate (advantageous)
