Do you have a passion for grounds maintenance and a talent for leading people? We’re looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and help deliver exceptional outdoor spaces for our clients.
What you’ll be responsible for:
As Grounds Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring that grounds and tree works are carried out to the highest standards. You’ll lead and motivate a team, coordinate resources, and maintain excellent client relationships.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance operational oversight with practical work – from scheduling and quality checks to mentoring staff and operating machinery.
Desirable: PA1 & PA6 qualifications, CSCS card, experience with cost control and resource allocation.
We’re seeking someone who leads by example, acts with integrity, and takes pride in delivering high standards. You’ll be customer-focused, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
