Job description

Our client owns a number of properties and factories. They are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Person to join the current team that upkeep the properties and grounds. These factories are based in Sutton Coldfield through to Tamworth. There are 5 different units and a large residential property with lots of land. You will be required to do some gardening duties and general upkeep, working alongside another Grounds maintenance person.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Grounds Maintenance/groundswork experience.

Main Duties

• All general maintenance operations
• Upkeep of factory – painting/general repair work of building
• Grounds maintenance
• Gardening duties at large residential property

Requirements

• Full clean driving licence
• 40 hours per week
