Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager
Due to continued expansion of our client, we require a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager to join our close-knit dynamic team.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
Social Media & Webshop
- Creation of creative and media assets/content.
- Manage and grow our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor trends and adapt content ideas to maximise engagement and reach.
- Maintain website visuals.
- Engage with customers outreaching with web/social enquiries.
- Optimise new and existing content to drive organic traffic.
- Creation of e-shots and newsletters.
Campaign Ideas & Creative Support
- Develop creative concepts, copy hooks, and ad angles for paid campaigns.
- Ensure brand tone of voice and messaging remain consistent across all channels.
- Design engaging and visually appealing images.
- Provide creative input and support for ongoing and upcoming marketing campaigns.
Person Specification
- 2+ years' experience in a social media, content, or digital marketing role.
- Strong video editing skills for short-form platforms (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
- Basic design/editing ability in Canva or Figma for quick visuals.
- Proven ability to grow and engage audiences across social platforms.
- Creative thinker with a track record of delivering campaign ideas that cut through.
- Proficiency and experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent writing skills for both short-form (social captions, ads) and long-form (blogs).
- Solid understanding of SEO and keyword optimisation.
- A positive approach and enthusiasm for creative and digital work.
- Self-motivated and driven.
