Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager

Due to continued expansion of our client, we require a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager to join our close-knit dynamic team.

Main duties and responsibilities include:
Social Media & Webshop
  • Creation of creative and media assets/content.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor trends and adapt content ideas to maximise engagement and reach.
  • Maintain website visuals.
  • Engage with customers outreaching with web/social enquiries.
  • Optimise new and existing content to drive organic traffic.
  • Creation of e-shots and newsletters.
Campaign Ideas & Creative Support
  • Develop creative concepts, copy hooks, and ad angles for paid campaigns.
  • Ensure brand tone of voice and messaging remain consistent across all channels.
  • Design engaging and visually appealing images.
  • Provide creative input and support for ongoing and upcoming marketing campaigns.
Person Specification
  • 2+ years' experience in a social media, content, or digital marketing role.
  • Strong video editing skills for short-form platforms (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Basic design/editing ability in Canva or Figma for quick visuals.
  • Proven ability to grow and engage audiences across social platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a track record of delivering campaign ideas that cut through.
  • Proficiency and experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent writing skills for both short-form (social captions, ads) and long-form (blogs).
  • Solid understanding of SEO and keyword optimisation.
  • A positive approach and enthusiasm for creative and digital work.
