About The Role

Here at CarFinance247, we’re on the lookout for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing Team!

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who’s passionate about creating engaging, high-performing visuals for digital campaigns. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand is represented across paid social and display channels, helping us drive awareness, engagement, and conversions through impactful design.

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with the Paid Social Team and wider Marketing Department to develop visually compelling creative assets that align with campaign goals and our brand identity. From concept to delivery, you’ll ensure all content reflects our confident, cohesive brand style while optimising designs based on performance across platforms.

Monday to Friday - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce high-quality static and motion-based creatives for paid social, organic social and display campaigns (e.g. Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Programmatic).
  • Translate campaign briefs into visually engaging concepts that capture attention and drive action.
  • Develop and test creative variations for A / B testing to optimise engagement and performance.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and data teams to align creative strategy with campaign objectives and insights.
  • Continuously refine and optimise designs based on data-driven feedback (CTR, conversions, engagement rates).
  • Ensure all creative outputs are on-brand, consistent, and adhere to design and platform best practices.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, social platform updates, and performance marketing best practices.
About You
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within a performance marketing or digital advertising environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social ad creatives, banners, and motion-based designs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); experience with Figma or Canva is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of design principles — typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing for multiple digital platforms, understanding specifications and performance nuances.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills — confident working within a fast-paced marketing environment.
