Overview

Location: Onsite - Headquarters in Elland, West Yorkshire

Reporting to: Marketing Studio Manager

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to play a key role in delivering high-quality visual assets that support exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns across A-SAFE’s global network. Based at our UK headquarters in Elland, this role is hands-on and operationally focused, requiring strong design execution and problem-solving skills.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing consistent, on-brand visuals for exhibition stands, promotional materials, and event collateral. They will collaborate with local teams worldwide to adapt assets for regional needs, support the global exhibitions roadmap, and contribute to a small number of strategic global events.

The Graphic Designer plays a hands-on role in producing high-quality visual assets that support global, regional, and local marketing initiatives. While not responsible for shaping the brand, this role ensures creative output aligns with established brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Working closely with Campaign Managers and the Marketing Studio Manager, the designer transforms briefs into compelling visuals tailored for various channels and audiences. They collaborate with content teams to adapt and repurpose existing materials into versatile design assets, delivering consistent, engaging content across print, digital, and environmental formats.

This role also contributes to the visual execution of exhibitions, retail displays, and internal communications, ensuring all design work is accurate, timely, and on-brand.

Responsibilities
  • Produce consistent, on-brand visuals for exhibition stands, promotional materials, and event collateral across print, digital, and environmental formats.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to adapt assets for regional needs and support the global exhibitions roadmap.
  • Contribute to a subset of strategic global events and support campaign execution with high-quality design assets.
  • Transform briefs into compelling visuals and repurpose existing materials into versatile design assets.
  • Ensure all output aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives and is delivered in a timely manner.
  • Work with Campaign Managers and Marketing Studio Manager to manage design workflows and production processes.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering graphic design across print, digital, and environmental formats, ideally within a fast-paced studio or agency setting.
  • Familiarity with exhibition and event design, including asset creation for stands, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Strong understanding of design workflows, file preparation, and production processes.
  • Experience managing multiple design projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Comfortable working with project tracking tools and contributing to team-wide planning and scheduling.
  • Able to interpret briefs and collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product.
