Graduate Town Planner

Our client, a growing consultancy, is looking to expand their team by appointing an enthusiastic Graduate Town Planner to work out of their Kent based offices. The team currently delivers a range of projects within the housing, mixed use, commercial and rural sectors.

Location & Salary

Location: Maidstone, Kent

Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior staff with the preparation of planning applications, appeals, and design and access statements.

Qualifications

• Relevant BSc / MSc (or equivalent) in a RTPI accredited degree.
• Some experience of working within the planning sector, either with a private consultancy or local authority (highly advantageous but not essential).
