Teaching Assistant - TA - Learning Support Assistant - Education and Training - Hornchurch

Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Location: Hornchurch

Salary Scale: £85-£115 per day

Contract Type: Full-time

Start: September 2025 (or earlier if available)

Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of learning materials and resources.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students with additional learning needs or challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any subject.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
