Responsibilities
  • Provide in-class support to the class teacher, assisting with lesson delivery and classroom management.
  • Support children in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, focusing on their individual learning needs.
  • Encourage and support pupils\' social and emotional development, helping them grow both academically and personally.
  • Help with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
  • Monitor and record children\'s progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assist in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a 2:1 UK degree in any subject (essential).
  • Previous experience working with children (essential). This could include tutoring, teaching assistant roles, or other child-related work.
