Graduate Teaching Assistant (TA):

As a TA, you'll work closely with teaching staff to support students in and out of the classroom, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You may be assigned to a specific year group or department and will often work 1:1 or with small groups. This role is ideal for graduates seeking school-based experience before pursuing teacher training or educational psychology.

Experience required: Prior classroom experience is essential, ideally in supporting roles with SEND students.

Cover Supervisor:

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll deliver lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. Using provided lesson plans, you'll manage the classroom, keep students engaged, and ensure work completion. This role requires confidence, resilience, and strong classroom management skills.

Experience required: You must have prior experience leading a classroom, whether through previous Cover Supervisor roles, working as an HLTA, or teaching experience (qualified or unqualified).

Roles within a supportive and forward-thinking trust of schools.
