We are seeking a motivated Graduate Surveyor to join our well-established and highly regarded firm based in Woking, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to build a long-term career in property and work towards a RICS professional qualification within a supportive and experienced team.

The Role

As a Graduate Surveyor, you will gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of residential and commercial surveys and valuations, with a particular focus on loan security valuations. You will work closely with senior surveyors, developing both technical knowledge and practical skills while progressing through your RICS pathway.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with residential and commercial property surveys
• Supporting valuation work for a variety of property types
• Involvement in development site appraisals and feasibility assessments
• Preparing reports and assisting with client instructions
• Attending site inspections and client meetings
• Working towards RICS APC requirements with structured support and mentoring

About You

• RICS‑accredited degree (or working towards one) in surveying or a related discipline
• Strong interest in residential, commercial, and development property
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well organised, proactive, and keen to learn
• Ideally has availability to a vehicle and within 60 minutes commute of Woking
