The Role

  • Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant , you will work closely with pupils who have a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.

You will provide targeted support both in class and through small‑group or 1:1 interventions, helping pupils to access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals.


You will work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO to implement personalised support strategies, promote positive behaviour, and encourage pupil engagement.
