The Role

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will establish and build relationships with new clients and place talented candidates into roles.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Meeting clients and candidates in person and virtually; international travel may be involved.
  • Negotiating terms and contracts with prospective clients, some with revenues over $5bn.
  • Interviewing and working closely with C-Suite and Executive-level candidates to help them find long-term positions.
  • Building and maintaining databases to support market leadership.

Imperium Global operates a 100% organic growth model. All Managers started as Consultants, with many progressing to management within 1 year and to Director in under 5 years based on performance.

We offer a comprehensive internal training academy led by our experienced Learning and Development team, enabling new Consultants to become 360-degree professionals after 5 weeks of training.
