Role

The Sales and Management Graduate Role

Begin your career as an Indoor Sales Support Consultant, generating sales opportunities for our field sales colleagues through inbound and outbound calls.

Programme Structure

1. Weeks 1–6: Initial Training

   Attend our World Class Sales Academy while shadowing operational and sales staff. You will support customer servicing across a specific geographical area, including servicing various washroom products and safely handling the removal of hazardous and toxic waste. Your training will be comprehensive, offering exposure to all areas of the business.

2. Weeks 6–52

   Alongside your Indoor Sales Support role, gain exposure to multiple sales-based roles across the business to build a deep understanding of our customers and their needs. Develop product and service expertise and complete our Intro to Sales Development Programme.

3. 12+ Months

   Choose an area to specialize in, contribute to local projects, and complete the Leadership Development Programme.

Potential Progression Roles

• Field Account Manager — responsible for sales within a defined territory.
• Service Team Leader — manage a team of field service colleagues.
• Indoor Sales/Customer Relations Team Leader — lead a team of indoor sales colleagues.
• Regional Account Manager — support our key account customers.

24+ Months

Progress to senior positions such as Sales Team Leader, Key Account Manager, Branch Manager, or roles within Area Central Support, supported by structured career progression.

Requirements

• A minimum 2.2 degree (any discipline; business-related, transport, logistics, supply chain, or management preferred but not essential).
• A full UK driving licence or actively working towards obtaining one.
• Target-driven, ambitious, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working out in the field and engaging with customers face-to-face.
• Passionate about working with people and delivering excellent customer service.
• A strong desire to work hard and have fun.
