Qualifications

  • Degree or relevant experience in construction/property.
  • Interest in facilities management consultancy or project management.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior staff on projects.
  • Produce cost estimates and tender documents.
  • Conduct package take-offs and cost control.
  • Prepare final accounts and assist in project management.

Skills

Interest in quantity surveying
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft package
Ability to prioritize workload
Good written and spoken communication skills

Education

RICS accredited degree or equivalent qualification
