The Vacancy

Binnies UK, part of the RSK Group, are looking for Graduate Project Managers to join the @One Alliance working on Anglian Water. This is a collaboration between eight leading organisations – Anglian Water, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska, and SWECO – delivering a significant part of Anglian Water’s capital investment programme.

About the Role: Are you a motivated graduate with a passion for leadership and problem-solving? Launch your career in one of the UK’s most vital sectors to deliver clean water, wastewater treatment, and resilient infrastructure to communities across East Anglia. We are looking for a Graduate Project Manager to join our team working on major water and environmental projects as part of long-term capital investment programmes in AMP8. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that make a real difference to people and the planet.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Assist in managing project scope, schedule, risks, costs, and resources
  • Monitor project progress and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project phases
  • Attend site visits, design reviews, and construction meetings to gain end-to-end project insight
