This role offers exposure to a wide range of construction projects and responsibilities across both pre‑ and post‑contract stages. Responsibilities
  • Supporting senior project managers and leading on specific project elements
  • Understanding and delivering on client briefs
  • Chairing project and design meetings, and issuing minutes
  • Preparing and updating project programmes and documentation
  • Coordinating between the project team, client, and contractor
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and managing deliverables
  • Assisting with tender processes, bids, and project documentation
  • Delivering progress reports to clients and internal management
  • Supporting lessons‑learnt reviews and wider business activities
Qualifications
  • Industry‑related degree or working towards one
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a construction or contractor environment
  • Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts (desirable)
  • Experience with developers or main contractors (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
  • A proactive, self‑starting attitude and a passion for the construction industry
  • Competency with Microsoft Office software
  • Knowledge of RIBA stages and procurement practices
  • Technical understanding of construction processes
