Job title: Graduate Digital Intelligence Project Manager

Location: Frimley

We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements; however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.

Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

What you’ll be doing

A Graduate Project Manager supports the delivery of business and technical projects by working with experienced Programme Managers, Service Delivery Managers, and Project Control professionals. You’ll gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, contributing to planning, control, and assurance. Roles may include Project Management Office support, Portfolio Management, and Service Delivery. You’ll help set up, deliver and close projects, including managing finances and assist with governance and reporting. You’ll also support senior managers, track risks, and monitor delivery performance. In Service Delivery, you’ll drive service improvements, manage incidents, and contribute to client reporting, while gradually gaining more responsibility and autonomy.

Qualification Requirements

As a minimum requirement you'll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2:2 in your Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM subject.
