Overview

As a Graduate Infrastructure Engineer, you will join the Infrastructure Engineering team to help deliver, support, and maintain secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure solutions. This is an ideal entry-level role for individuals passionate about IT, eager to work with infrastructure technologies, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting, configuring, and maintaining infrastructure systems such as servers, virtualization platforms, and networking components
  • Assisting with the deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of infrastructure services to ensure performance and uptime
  • Working with senior engineers on infrastructure upgrades, security enhancements, and system optimizations
  • Contributing to the implementation of IT security best practices across platforms and environments
  • Creating and updating documentation, including infrastructure diagrams, procedures, and technical knowledge articles
  • Participating in automation efforts using scripting languages like PowerShell or Python to streamline repetitive tasks
  • Collaborating with teams across IT—including service desk, applications, and project teams—to resolve technical issues and deliver effective solutions
  • Following security policies, change management protocols, and operational standards when working in production environments
Education & Experience Requirements
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • A solid understanding of IT fundamentals, including operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking basics, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
  • Awareness of IT security principles and the importance of best practices in infrastructure management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
