This is a full time Graduate opportunity starting with SRM in September 2026 (or before where applicable)
As a Graduate joining SRM, you'll start your exciting career on our 2-year structured programme. It will equip you with relevant skills, help you manage projects efficiently, whilst shaping your leadership style. Specialist technical modules relevant to your discipline will complement the core elements, to grow your confidence within your role, providing the perfect launch pad for your career.

As part of the project team, reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for providing assistance and technical support, and implementing the design information on site.
You'll assist in coordination and management of sub‑contractors whilst seeking out practical solutions and potential improvements in our process.
