Overview

Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a distinguished market leader renowned for delivering advanced digital solutions for power grids with their search for a Graduate Electrical Project Engineer.

Key Duties

• Interpret the client’s requirements and assist in the specification, design, configuration and testing of Active Network Management (ANM) Systems.
• Support the generation of project deliverable documents.
• Perform functional testing and compile test results.
• Work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic engineering environment.

Key Requirements

• MUST be a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in an Electrical or Software Engineering discipline.
• Committed to learning and eager to take on new challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to generate technical specifications and reports.
• Good problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of IT Systems and Networks, including AWS environments is desirable.
• Experience of Linux Operating Systems is desirable.
• Ability to use collaborative tools such as Confluence, Jira, Click‑Up etc.
• UK Driving Licence, EU Passport.

Package

£30,000 per annum starting salary with the opportunity to learn, develop and progress within the business.
