Overview

Cover Supervisor/Teaching Assistant – Smile Education is recruiting in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in the Solihull area for a role starting in Sept 2025. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ learning in a supportive and well-structured school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons and manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Support students with learning activities during lessons and interventions
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and other support staff to assist student progress
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
