Who We’re Looking For

We’re ideally looking for graduates with a strong academic background in Maths, Science, or Humanities, and good GCSEs (grades 6-9 / A*-C in English, Maths, and Science).

We welcome experience from:

  • Schools or colleges (e.g., Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support roles)
  • Youth work or sports coaching
  • Scouts, Guides, church or community youth groups
  • Outdoor education, Duke of Edinburgh, or similar
Requirements
  • A bachelor\'s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 6 weeks\' experience working with young people aged 11-16 in the last 3 years
  • A referee who can confirm this experience
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
  • Full employment and education history on your CV
  • Legal right to work in the UK
