Job description

Graduate Conference Producer (content researcher)

The role of Conference Producer role is very exciting and fast paced, blending content research and commercial skills to develop business conferences in a fast moving market. Events will be hosted in the UK and overseas so you must be independent and confident to travel as and when required.

Your duties will include:

• Researching and analysing the viability of the conference, looking at specific topics and conducting research through telephone interviews and face-to-face meetings with leading market experts.
• Sourcing and securing leading speakers from the industry.
• Producing commercially driven copy to promote the event through various channels.
• Researching competitor events, identifying potential sponsors, briefing the logistics team.

You do attend your conferences and will be the Brand Ambassador at your events.
