We’re looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer with an interest in Water and Wastewater Engineering to join our Design & Construct (D&C) team. Based in Birmingham, this hybrid role (2–3 days in‑office) offers the chance to work on exciting infrastructure projects—from network design to treatment facilities—through all stages of delivery.
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team, learning from senior engineers and contributing to projects that meet technical standards, budgets, and deadlines.
This role is a September 2026 start.

You should be graduating in 2026 or already graduated from your Civil Engineering Degree. You’ll be digitally confident, a clear communicator, and able to collaborate with others while also taking initiative. We value organisation, attention to detail, and a desire to keep learning.
A Civil Engineering degree is required to meet current entry requirements for professional qualifications such as CEng or IEng through ICE or equivalent.
This role is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Visa process. Applicants must therefore have, and maintain, an alternative right to work for the duration of employment.
