Are you looking to progress in your career to become Chartered professionals in an exciting and supportive environment
Join our dynamic Civil Engineering teams and work on high-profile nationally recognised projects through the Transport Scotland Graduate Scheme. Accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) this program offers an exceptional opportunity to develop your skills and achieve Chartered status with the ICE preparing you for senior roles in the industry.
Since 2006 our Graduate Training Scheme has successfully guided graduates to become Chartered Civil Engineers. Our internal rotations within Transport Scotland combined with external secondments to design consultancies and construction sites offer graduates unique opportunities to gain hands‑on experience and develop skills that are hard to achieve elsewhere. This broadens their expertise in planning engineering and project management helping them make sound engineering decisions.
