We’re excited to expand our Engineering division with Graduate Civil Engineers to join our Professional Development Programme for the 2026 intake, based in Falmer in the Southern Framework, working alongside our engineering specialists.

What will you be doing?

Working within the Design team, you will be an integral part of the delivery of many projects by providing assistance in the following:

  • Completing civil engineering design calculations
  • Supporting the delivery of design and assessment in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Preparing design risk assessments
  • Maintaining files and records throughout the duration of contracts
  • Carrying out surveys at site visits
  • Producing clear and well‑presented reports, specifications, and other engineering documentation
