  • Strong specification writing skills, including using NBS software.
  • Understanding of fire safety requirements and health & safety legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering Building Surveying and Project Management services.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Conduct condition surveys and recommend remediation strategies.
