As a Graduate you will:

  • Assist Building Surveyors in delivering building surveying services, including surveys, dilapidation advice, party wall advice, and construction projects from feasibility to post-completion reviews.
  • Help prepare feasibility studies, cost plans, planning and building regulation submissions, tender documentation, and manage tender processes.
  • Assist with evaluating tenders, administering contracts, and undertaking various types of surveys.
  • Prepare reports, undertake party wall duties, provide dilapidations advice, and monitor quality on major projects.
  • Complete internal APC preparation and self-development training for Chartered status (RICS).
