Qualifications & Experience:
  • A recent graduate or about to complete a RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying with at least a 2:1 (BSc or MSc).

Full UK driving license required.

Key Duties:
  • Assist team members both in-office and on-site visits.
  • Support senior staff with Condition Surveys, Dilapidations, Schedules of Work, Party Wall Notices, etc.
  • Gather and record information from inspections or site visits.
  • Take measurements and produce plans (AutoCAD, Revit skills advantageous but not essential).
  • Meet with professionals, clients, and others to exchange project information.
  • Ensure safety at work.
