Overview

The Company

We are looking to procure a “Graduate Building Surveyor” with one to two years experience following your degree to join a multi-disciplinary Building consultancy based in Exeter.

They work on long term, stable frameworks for across Education, Healthcare and Residential sectors as well as turning their hands to one-off bespoke projects for Private individuals and Real Estate developers.

They provide excellent training and development opportunities with a relaxed work pattern and home working.

The Role

We are looking for a “Graduate Building Surveyor” with one to two years experience to join their professional services team. Based locally to the Exeter area you will be involved in and trained in the following type of work:

• Office based with regular site visits
• Supporting senior staff in the production of Condition Surveys, Dilapidations and Party Wall Notices
• Visits to buildings or construction projects to inspect and survey information.
• Building and Land measurements; produce plans
• Client liaison

The idea candidate

We are looking for a “Graduate Building Surveyor” with the following skills and attributes:

• Local / commutable to central Exeter
• BSc level or above in Building Surveying or Construction related degree
• One to two years experience as a Building Surveyor ESSENTIAL
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit would be advantageous but not essential
