Overview

Experienced Graduate Building Surveyor required. A rewarding and project winning Building Consultancy based just outside of Liverpool Street station are now seeking an experienced Graduate Building Surveyor to join their growing team. (APC support is one of the best). This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring Graduate Building Surveyor looking to develop their career with the full support of a leading firm and become a MRICS Building Surveyor.

Responsibilities
  • Work on building surveys
  • Involvement in dilapidations surveys, party wall matters, and general property-related issues
  • Preparing reports on building defects, repairs, and maintenance
  • Supporting senior surveyors in managing refurbishment and construction projects
  • Helping clients with advice on building regulations and compliance
  • Contributing to the preparation and review of project specifications and tender documents
Qualifications
  • A relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field
  • Ideally some consultancy experience would be preferred
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • An eagerness to learn and develop professionally
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Full support for your APC to become a Chartered Surveyor
