Graduate to Associate Building Surveyors — South London, Construction & Property Consultancy — Salary up to £75k (DOE).

Responsibilities
  • Depending on your experience, you'll be involved in a wide range of Building Surveying services, including:
  • Building surveys and technical due diligence
  • Contract administration and project management
  • Planned preventative maintenance and defect analysis
  • Party wall and dilapidations work
  • Client liaison and professional advice
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members (for senior roles)
  • Associate-level candidates will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development, client growth, and team leadership.
