Overview

An established and growing consultancy in Central London is looking for a motivated Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career to develop within a supportive environment, while gaining exposure to a variety of projects.


The Role

You’ll work across a broad range of instructions, with a strong focus on commercial and residential properties, offering excellent exposure to both professional and project work. From the outset you’ll be supporting experienced surveyors and given the chance to take on responsibility as your skills develop.


APC Support

The business has an excellent track record of helping surveyors achieve chartership and is committed to your progression. Within the team you will benefit from:



  • A dedicated APC mentor with a history of guiding candidates through to MRICS.

  • Direct support from an APC assessor and interviewer, providing valuable insight and tailored preparation.

  • This structured approach ensures you’ll be in the best position to achieve chartered status at the earliest opportunity.
