Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a coach, mentor, and confidante to franchisees.
• Work with colleagues to deliver growth.
• Be a brand ambassador for The Kumon Method.
• Develop recruitment and retention strategies for students.
• Analyse progress of instructors and students.
