What you’ll be doing :

This is a hands‑on, learning‑focused role that will give you exposure to all areas of our commercial function. You’ll report to the Head of Sales and work closely with teams across the business to help deliver growth and build strong customer relationships.

  • Support the management of key accounts : Working with a range of Foodservice and Wholesale accounts as well as a national retail account with budgets & KPIs to be delivered and variable and fixed spend management, in line with budgets.
  • A natural hustler : you’re a go‑getter, proactively engaging new leads or landing new products, creating engaging sells that focus on White Rabbit’s gluten free credentials.
  • A customer champion : manage and develop strong relationships with key decision makers at these accounts, working closely with them to understand their needs, develop strategic plans and unlock sales growth.
  • A brand ambassador : clearly communicate our brand and product strategy externally to customers.
  • A strategic thinker : develop a strategic plan for accounts across channels, with consideration as to how this fits within the broader business plan for White Rabbit.
  • A collaborator : you’ll work within dynamic multi‑functional teams which include supply chain managers, category managers, brand manager & the bakery team.

Requirements

Either six to twelve month experience (Industry placement) in sales or account management; however we will consider motivated graduates looking to join a high growth challenger brand within the FMCG market.

  • Ability to think strategically & not be afraid to go after new business across multiple channels.
  • Ability to build & maintain relationships with ease & a strong communicator with all levels of stakeholders (internally & externally).
  • Succinct presentation of data through Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Time management & effective prioritisation to balance growing existing customers and winning new business.
  • Are committed to continuous improvement, seeking ways to optimise how we do things.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • A passion for working in a fast paced & collaborative challenger brand environment!
