Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in general practice.
• Experience in Diabetes management or willingness to train.
• Experience or interest in teaching/training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations face-to-face, via phone, and home visits.
• Lead in Diabetes management and provide health education.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings.
