A healthcare provider in Leamington Spa is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead and grow their primary care practice. The role involves managing operations, financial oversight, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Candidates should have a degree and experience in a senior management position, as well as strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills. The position offers a salary range of £55,000 to £70,000 DOE, along with various benefits including annual leave and professional development opportunities.
Following the retirement of our current Practice Manager, Clarendon Lodge Medical Practice is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and motivated leader with a passion for healthcare. This is a key senior role within a busy and forward-thinking primary care practice, serving a patient population of over 14,000 and leading a team of around 40 staff plus attached services.
As Practice Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and growing the practice, providing strong operational and strategic leadership to ensure continuous improvement across all areas.
Working closely with the Partners and Management Team, you will help implement innovative strategies, optimise operational processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care.
The Practice actively supports professional development, including funded training, leadership development opportunities, and the chance to shape and grow your role as the practice evolves.

The role oversees the administrative and financial aspects of thePractice, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care.Responsibilities include managing budgets, implementing policies, overseeingstaff, and liaising with external stakeholders. The role will streamlineprocesses, optimise resource allocation, and ensure compliance with healthcareregulations. Additionally, they will handle HR duties, such as recruitment,performance management and managing the disciplinary and capability procedures.The role demands strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills,as well as a comprehensive understanding of healthcare administration. Thisrole plays a pivotal role in driving the Practice's success by fostering aproductive and patient-centred environment.
