Job summary

Responsibilities include managing the Governance calendar, providing high-quality advisory support, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Ideal candidates will possess in-depth knowledge of higher education governance and excellent organizational skills. This role also involves liaising with senior leadership and may require travel to various campuses across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of corporate governance.

• Ability to maintain governance registers and conduct reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate governance delivery across GEDU.
• Co-ordinate Governance calendar and meeting deadlines.
• Provide secretariat support to Boards and Committees.
