Job description

We're looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to help manage and scale multiple client accounts. You'll work directly with the agency lead, supporting both paid and organic growth campaigns across a wide range of budgets and industries.

Responsibilities
  • Build, optimise, and manage Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce and B2B clients.
  • Manage budgets from 1,000 to 50,000+ per month, optimising for conversions and ROI.
  • Write and test high-performing ad copy variations.
  • Conduct keyword research, audits, and on-page optimisation.
  • Use Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and similar tools to track and improve rankings.
  • Support link-building, content planning, and monthly performance reporting.
  • Configure and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracking.
  • Set up and test Google Tag Manager events, conversions, and pixels.
  • Build clear Looker Studio dashboards for performance reporting.
  • Report directly to the agency lead with clear insights and progress updates.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively through Slack, ClickUp, or similar tools.
Requirements
  • 2-5+ years experience managing Google Ads and SEO campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Ahrefs.
  • Strong analytical mindset confident in interpreting data and presenting insights.
  • Experience with both e-commerce (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and B2B (MQL-SQL focus).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Reliable and organised, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working remotely with at least 3-4 hours of UK time zone overlap.
  • Familiarity with Framer, Webflow, or other site builders for basic on-page edits.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles.
  • Prior work with international clients (UK/US markets).
