At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Goods Receiver to join our team in Mayfair, Central London with an immediate start!

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect all deliveries for quality, freshness, and accuracy.
  • Match deliveries against authorised Purchase Orders.
  • Record discrepancies and supplier feedback in Procurewizard.
  • Placing orders for dry goods and beverages.
  • Maintain stock levels and coordinate with relevant department heads.
  • Keep receiving and storage areas clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and health & safety standards.
Requirements
  • Experience in a busy hotel in goods receiving role – essential.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage related ingredients products – essential.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene regulations – essential.
  • Strong English communication – essential.
  • Familiarity with Micros, Microsoft Office & Procurewizard – preferred.
