  • Approximately three years’ experience in Learning & Development, Talent, HR, or related professional services.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or willing to work towards the qualification.
  • Strong project management skills capable of coordinating multiple workstreams.
  • Confident communicator, able to influence across levels and regions.
  • Comfortable analysing data and proposing improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead coordination and delivery of Talent Development programmes.
  • Manage the global mentoring programme including participant matching.
  • Analyse feedback surveys to identify trends for improvement.
  • Develop quarterly budget reports monitoring spend across programmes.
