Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify new suppliers through audits and assessments.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular supplier audits and monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.
• Review and approve supplier quality documentation.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Champion problem-solving methodologies.
• Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, production, and logistics teams.
